Good day everyone,
Today I got my body-fat tested and received the results. I am very excited about the results and I think you will see why as I share the comparison between the test done on October 8th, 213 and the one done January 6th, 2014. Time of day was within an hour of each other so basically the same time.

The main take away that I have from the changes is that the CrossFit program is not only helping me lean up, but it is also allowing me to maintain the muscle I have and gain a little more in the process. These numbers have motivated me to work harder this coming quarter. My diet has not been anything extra special. I avoid dessert/ sweets and try to make healthy choices with the type of food and how much of it I eat. I listen to my body to determine how much I will eat in a sitting. CrossFit work outs by nature are varied in their duration and demand. It would make sense that my caloric needs would also change on a daily basis. The only supplements I take is an AnimalPak and a couple scoops of Muscle Milk protein from Costco.
I am excited for the coming quarter as I think I might hit my body's "ideal" weight. I do not know what it will be, but it will be exciting to see how it all shakes out. Hope everyone has a wonderful day and if one of your resolutions is to become more fit just take it a day at a time. In time you will find the result motivating you instead of the vision of those results.
This is where the fun begins,
-Chris
